Musical Appreciation Course and Page 3 What a weekend!!

Weekend begin with the Chets(My roommate) idea to go out to fetch the Kisna tickets for Sat or Sunday show but when reached at the venue the HOUSEFULL board welcome us but still Chets checked for ticket and come to know last 2 rows of the stall still available so why we should wait if we can get it on day one. I agreed and hence got in with full of expectation form Subhash Ghai.
To watch a movie with oblique face was a good exercise for my neck especially when Isha is hanging herself frequently to the trees with and redefining the art of dance with some awesome Yoga flicks. The movie never look on the track and end up destroying all our expectation...
Back to home at 2.00am I thought to have a nice long sleep when Chets recall me about the Musical Appreciation Course which we enrolled last week and for that we should left the home before 8.00 in morning.
It's 8am and all set to left for the venue which is somewhere in Nariman Point and both of us were not sure about the exact address still we didn't gave up and started our journey toward NCPA(Only word in add we both remember)
When reached at the venue we come to know it stand for the National Center for Performing Art located at the start of the famous Queens necklace.....What the morning was that .............It was first time I had seen the ocean at it's best no crowd around we was able to get good sea view from there........But we can't enjoy this for long time as we have to search the venue.....
NCPA building is marvelous and to big to find one small location inside still we with the help of our little memory recalled the address and finally reached there at 10.00 sharp...
the course was based on the some subtle details of the Indian classical music and it's journey towards modern day fusion music. Thanks to the famous classical singer Gitika Vardhe with her melodious voice explained the various details of Indian Classical music. The show ended with the delicious lunch by Maitree.
Chets suggested to watch Page -3 but with memories of Kisna still in mind I didn't want to take risk hence I declined his idea and came back home to take rest.
Sunday begin with the Next part-2 of the course which was better than yesterday and same with the free lunch. When the reliable Sunday times come with the 4 star rating for the Page 3 both agreed to watch it today at any cost and hence headed toward Sterling...
What a movie!!!.............All credits goes to Madur and his team who gave us satisfaction of watching such a nice movie.......I think his personal experience with his coaster which made big story Front Page story last year helped him to come with such a sensational movie.
Thus this weekend ended with the sweet melodies of Indian Classical Music and the horrible reality depicted by Page-3.
